Werktyd records employee attendance using face recognition or a PIN, and provides timesheets to the registered business (you).
You are the Responsible Party for your workers' personal information under POPIA. You must give workers the privacy notice, offer the PIN alternative, and obtain any consents your context requires. You confirm you are authorised to enrol the workers you add.
We act as your Operator under POPIA, processing data only to provide the service. See the operator agreement.
Free and paid plans are described on our site. Paid plans are billed monthly in ZAR. Worker limits apply per plan.
Use the service lawfully and only for time-and-attendance of your own workers. No attempt to identify or track individuals outside that purpose.
We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior month.
Either party may end the service. On termination we return or delete your data as described in the operator agreement.
